Beyond her local market, Elizabeth offers private intuitive property assessments for homeowners and real estate professionals seeking an additional perspective on a property that feels stalled, difficult to position, or unusually challenging to sell. Available both in-person and remotely, these fee-based assessments can be conducted anywhere in the country or internationally, and are designed to complement the work of the listing agent while offering a fresh, intuitive lens on the property and its presentation.
